There are few restrictions: No Pork. No Alcohol in any form. No Pornography. No Magazines
that depict the human body (male or female) in an undressed state (IE: Swimsuit issues, body building magazines, Victoria's
Secret). No weapons of any sort.
Note: Due to concerns for the health and safety of the soldiers please do not send home-cooked food or baked goods to
our troops. Factory packaged only. Sorry. The soldiers are told to throw away anything that is not in a factory package. If
you have a loved one please send home baked goods privately.

Breakfast-type foods
and drinks are most needed. Canned fruit (small flip-top cans only), pre-sweetened powdered drinks (Kool-Aid, Gatorade, etc.),
instant/regular coffee, hot plates. Coffee cups (metal/camping types only). Soup
(Campbell's chunky soups, chicken, beef, etc.). Canned tuna, canned Chef
Boyardee ravioli, beefalo, spaghetti & meatballs, etc. Beef Jerky, Slim Jims, canned nuts, potato sticks, Pringles, Doritos,
etc.
Lil Debbie snacks, brownies,
snack cakes, etc, (nothing with icing that will melt). Hard candy, gum, trail mix, sunflower seeds, crackers, Swedish fish.,Decent can openers. Nothing that melts! No large cans, please.

Beanie Baby toys for the soldiers to give to kids.
Comic books, paperback books, crossword puzzle magazines.
Please NO Hard Cover Books. They weigh too much and drive postage sky high DVDs/CDs. Game Boys
(the ones your kids don't use anymore) and the games. Local newspapers, magazines,
sports stuff (baseballs,
footballs, old gloves, Frisbees...)
Newly purchased items only. Please do not clean out your cabinets. It sounds like a good idea but we dont ship out
